Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Guidelines @ Advait Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd.


We at Advait Business Solutions Pvt Ltd are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for everyone. Our POSH framework is gender-neutral, and all concerns are addressed with fairness, confidentiality, and impartiality.


In compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, we have constituted an Internal Committee (POSH Committee). The Committee includes an External Member and Legal Partner from Silver Oak Health to ensure an independent and unbiased redressal process.

We encourage all employees to report concerns without fear of retaliation. Every complaint is handled promptly, professionally, and with the utmost confidentiality.
